Terms of Service

1. The Service

Cube Store lets you discover, share and download user-created Cube content for SleepWorker Companion. The Service is provided free of charge on a personal, community basis.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is Google-only. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you publish. By publishing, you grant Cube Store a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content within the Service so it can be shown and downloaded by others.

You agree that you will not publish content that you do not have the right to share, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload malware, spam, or illegal content;
• harass, impersonate, or harm other users;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• scrape or bulk-download content in a way that burdens the Service.

5. Content moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, infringe rights, or otherwise harm the Service or its users. Removal is at our discretion.

6. Third-party assets & trademarks

The Cube animation engine is a rendered, data-driven format and does not redistribute third-party artwork. Certain names, characters, icons and sounds associated with SleepWorker Companion may be protected by their owners and are not licensed for redistribution. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that content is accurate or lawful.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cube Store and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
